If you want to request sound, photos, and/or video files for academic and research purposes (nonprofit objectives), please, fill out the form on Requests
Please, read carefully the terms and conditions of the service request, before completing and submitting this form

Conditions for service requests and use of sound and video files granted by FNJV

All service requests will be submitted to an analysis by FNJV’s curators, prior to authorization; thereby, completing this form does not guarantee that FNJV will provide the service. Services charges can be negotiated depending on the customer’s project objectives and uses (commercial or nonprofit).
Projects including sound and/or video files provided by FNJV (edited or not), must be described as thoroughly as possible. FNJV must be referred as the files source in all final products, projects, and promotional materials.
Recordings granted by FNJV through Service Request may be used only once (one project or product) exactly as specified in the original proposal. Any use changes must be communicated to FNJV as soon as possible, and, in these cases, prices and fees could be renegotiated.
